Caryn is an engaging and entertaining speaker who conveys her messages through the use of stories, creative illustrations, photos and other art with high energy to engage the audience. As a past member of the National Speakers Association, and a graduate of their mentor program in 1998, she honed her presentation skills. She earned a CTM (Certified Toastmaster certification) from Toastmasters International and is working on an ATM (Advanced Toastmaster certification).

She has delivered interactive workshops and coaching sessions related to business communication and leadership all over the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska and in European countries including England, Austria, and Holland.

A life-altering, spiritually awakening experience with activities such as drumming, meditation, journaling, creative time, playbook, and laughter. The Topics Menu includes:

1) Quantum reality: Also called "Changing your mind changes everything" this discussion and series of exercises are designed to show students how their thoughts, words, emotions and actions create their reality.

2) Rewrite Your Future: experiential activities and content to challenge students to explore old and outdated thought and behavior patterns in order to rewrite the new patterns they wish to program.

3) Meditation and visualization: activities designed to teach the subconscious and conscious mind to focus on desired outcomes while remaining open to other possibilities.

4) Managing the Body's mind and Busy Mind to access the Bridge Mind for Communication with You-your Spirit-Self (Soul). Stories and exercises that enlighten students on the roles of different levels of awareness and how to control the non-productive and sometimes counter-productive ego and body's mind.

5) Miracle Art Class: this two-hour playshop add-on enables students to creatively play with either color pencils, or space permitting, acrylic paints. By combining the principles of Feng shui and the law of attraction, students create art to manifest their goals as they free themselves from their internal critic for child-like fun.
